Appearance
- Size: Green cockroaches are about one inch long.
- Color: Adults are pale green with a yellowish band around the front part of the pale green colored wings. Juvenile nymphs are black or brown.

Reproduction
These cockroaches do not breed inside. Females carry egg cases, or ootheca, internally for almost a month before they hatch. On average, each case holds about 40 eggs . The lifespan of a green cockroach is often less than three months.
